Part 1 (Wednesday, 16 Oct, 1:00pm to 4:30pm): How to Evaluate Creative

This module will show you how to get consistently great creative work from your agency, your in-house team or even yourself. You'll learn how to recognize great creative, what to look for, and what to avoid. You'll find out what's working now, and how to motivate your people to do their best for you. Updated with new case histories of what worked, what didn't work and why, you'll also learn:
- How to know whether the creative will be effective in advance - before it goes to press
- How to give useful and welcomed feedback
- Using knowledge of human nature and psychology to create stronger efforts
